The Institute has also undertaken research work on the causes of
delay in disposal of civil and criminal cases. Research projects
on “Land Use” and “Improving Legal Governance in U.P,” are
currently in hand.
Draft legislation on “Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act” has
been submitted by the Institute to the Govt. of U.P. A project
report on “De regulation for good governance” and “Moral Code of
Conduct For Government Servants” has already been submitted to
Government of U.P
