The Institute conducts training programme mainly on legal and judicial orientations for judicial officers of U.P. It also has conducted training  to the Judicial Officers of other states of the country and the Officers of other Govt. Deparments and Corporations etc. as well.

The Institute imparts induction training and also in-service training.

	Human Rights;
	Gender Sensitization;
	Computer Application and Information Technology Training.
